Construction 

Fans are supplied as a complete unit consisting of impeller, motor, casing, guide vane, anti-stall ,support vibration absorber etc. Theres are two kinds of installation, momely horizontal and vertical.

1. The impeller comprise of the hub and blades. There are ad-justable rotary blade and adjustable stationary blade with ad-justable ranging. Adjustable rotary blade may be controlled by means of pneumatic control, fluid control and electric control to adjust the blade angle during operation. The adjustable rotary blade is a supplement to the local industry and technology.
2. For Motor, insulation class H is available with protection classes of IP54 and IP55.The motors are totally enclosed and are e-quipped with NSK or SKF bearings. Lubrieation hole ,drain hole, bearing temperature sensor .The temaninal box is mounted outside the fan casing.
3. The design of the impeller section of the casing ensures that the tip clearance of the blade. the length of the fan as well as the weight is minimized at the best possible limit.
4. The guide vane is installed is its static state in consideration of maximized efficiency and compactnessin size.
5. Whie ensuring the strength of the complest fan unit,the support must be light and easy to install.
6. The fixed blade refers to the blade being fixed to the impeller.For adjustable stationary blade,the blade angle is adusted man-ually after stopping the fan and loosening the blots on blade root.whereas for adjustable rotary blade,adjustment of the blade angle maybe done during operation of the fan,according to actural work conditions.Adjustment of the blade angle may be automat-ically controlled according to different temperature and moisture.
