Cement Industry

Cement production is one of the world’s most energy intensive industries. Current cement making processes impose a wide range of demands on process fans, including high abrasion, excessive dust build-up, and high temperatures.

Forced Draft Fans. Industrial fans and blowers are involved in many phases of the cement production. One of these is the air supply for the burners of the kiln.

Induced Draft Fans. Exhaust fumes treatment and emission processing are provided by de-dusting plants. The induced draft fans is applied to generate a negative pressure air flow to guarantee the proper work for a dust abatement system in a filtration device.

Raw Material Conveying to Packaging. High pressure fans and blowers are employed for pneumatic conveying of raw materials, chemicals and additives used in the process from storage area. Airslides provide proper feeding for the final packaging.
